#1
My passenger door seal keeps filling up with water and then leaking inside but I've got no idea how its getting in, anyone had this before? Got any ideas how to stop it?

Drill a hole on the outside for it to leak out.

There is no hole, it's just the volume of water over spilling over the seal into the car.

I thought about that but wanted to find the root of the problem and fix that, is weird as I can't seem to see any wet parts round the top all appears to be in good condition no rips

all of mine have done this in really heavy rain. if you have the option, park facing up hill, seems to be a good temporary fix

Off to the job centre. HIDs look good.

Water gets in the seals at the top and then follows it to the bottom

Hmm can't see anywhere guess will drill a small hole in the front and the back so it'll just drain through

Just stick a Stanley blade along the bottom

The water runs down the middle of the seal the collects under the door and pools, it is spills over just below the speakers in the front doors. Just cut or drill a hole here to the outside and it will be fine

Exactly what mine was doing so cut a small cross slit under each hole seems to be OK now

I found a 3 inch puddle in my passenger side which gave me the incentive to do fix it! had to get a mop and bucket out!!

on the plus side it is nice and clean in there now
