What a prize prick, I know they are big cars but wtf! No excuse, swung right in and dumped it there. I was having lunch at the time and he was about 20mins before he came back.

Can't really see in the photo, but this is on the exit of a roundabout level with a pedestrian crossing island, yes it really is parked, nobody in the car...

Or he didn't want to be the car that sticks out in traffic and thus is at greatest risk of being sideswiped....

Eh? You know there's a middle ground between blocking the pavement and parking a foot from the kerb, right..? Learn to park or don't buy an unecessarily large car tbh.

He genuinely couldn't park, this is a 50 metre long road that you can't get more than 15mph on as cars parked both sides.

+1. It's also a dedicated parking area judging by the road markings, so not like he'd be blocking traffic on a busy road

How does that even happen!?

Though I did like this - 'Pictures taken at the scene show the Vauxhall with its front left wheel sticking through the smashed passenger's side window of the Ford' - pretty sure that's the drivers side... lol

Clearly haha. lol Looking at the pic again I reckon I can see what happened though. Focus wheels are at an angle, they can't have been 'pushed' like that by the Astra as the steering lock comes on long before that angle. So I reckon Focus driver left the wheels at a wanky angle, Astra wheel happened to meet Focus wheel because old people can't judge distance and that gave it the traction to get up there. Pretty impressive though. lol
