can a D turbo sound nice?

was wondering if you de cat a Dturbo along with no centre or box box so basically just a straight pipe from front to back will it sound good or still just be a typical tractor sound?

They can sound amazing with lots of boost and sufficient breathing mods....

well that ^ had a stock intake pipe on I think 'cos I helped fit it, does have a half decent exhaust on though.

also depends if you're on stock turbo aswell....

Mine sounds pretty good for a derv. Power flow SS turbo back with only a small back box

Mine sounds like a tractor at idle (which I like the sound of! ) but straight through with a k14 all you can hear is turbo whistle. When booting it I think it sounds quite nice No video's to show this though.

A diesel sounds awesome with a straight tho. I persoanlly love mine as its just soo raw. Rather then fake like you get with big bore backbox's

my dturbo had a decat, straight through centre and a straight through pipe with the outside of the backbox welded around it...sounded beastie
