Anyone, just thinking of doing it on the DT . . . .. 'causeeeeee, how often do you use front fogs anyway?
can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be ok,

anyone convince me otherwise? . .

Just stumbled on this, working on maxing out the light output of my high beams, Xenons and additional driving lights. I think if you take out the reflector cap in your fogs, it just changes them to Driving spots. Will give it a go and put the results out!

I have thought about a similar idea,

I was thinking of adding a side light bulb to the ones on my DT the maybe convert the main bulb to work on main beab as a spot light kind of thing .

Still very much in the planning stage with some parts collected for the side light side of things

Haha, no it was me that cut out the fog lap caps, so they are addition to high beams, just extra light for those late countryside nights. Wouldn't touch DRLs.

I do have under mirror flood LEDs though, but they are only on with cabin lights.

Can you not drill a hole into the back of the fog light then add a second bulb.
Therefore if a police man does pull you, you can show him your fogs still work too!

it is only a requirement to have rear foglights.
