does anyone have a downloadable/printable instructions for tweaking/tuning the bosch pump ?

Not sure about a printable guide but if you look up darrenjlobb's channel on youtube he has a few vids of interest mate!

thats definatly true ok 1 last question whats a Frankenpump and what difference would it make ?

A frankenpump is one made up from parts of various other pumps (mainly from the ford transit variation of the VE pump) allowing more fuel to be delivered to the cylinder in a shorter space, IMO though this is not needed without a bigger turbo to supply more air so that you can burn the extra fuel, so carry on with what you have and once you get bored/reach its limits then step it up a bit more and learn along the way Smile
