Which runner has everyone fitted their EGT probe to? I know its supposed to come off the leanest running cylinder, but anyone know which that is?

Just fit it at collector area right before the turbo...

That's a good 6" or so from the exhaust ports though, would that not be 1-200deg less than on the runners?
Or is it a case of a vague idea of what's going on is ok?

I have mine at the collector, it's in the middle of the adapter plates infact - really that's the important part, that's where the gasses are raping the turbo which is what you want to know really... You probably won't do in the cylinder head, but you will do in the turbo.
