XU engine - E10 fuel compatability?

It'll be absolutely fine, my 40 year old Jimny can handle it on its original fuel lines. They're not even SAE or JIS or any kind of standard rubber hoses.

These cars are getting old, E10 might accelerate the rubber breaking down but it's not going to suddenly render your car undriveable. They just have to say that it could affect your car to save their ass getting bit. It's a disclaimer.

Brazil sells E85, I don't think it's 100% ethanol. It would be ridiculously hard to ignite on its own.
