Seen stuff like that before. Be some coffin dodger that buys themselves a new car, something happens and they can't part with it, ends up getting forgotten about when they pop their clogs.

Note there are no pics of the front, back, registration etc etc Can't check mot history without the reg.

Although small seems like an excessive amount of damage for only 126 miles..

Yea although probably just been knocked while in storage, the dent is the big one to worry about because on such low miles you really don't want to have to paint it after pulling a dent, all original paint is the way forward.
Otherwise it's a genuine museum/collection piece.

Now, what's it actually worth??

Tyres degrade in sun, if it's been stored inside they're probably MOTable... I wouldn't drive on them though lol.
