Thanks for the reply - I have never had much luck with 12v compressors LOL
I have had 4 of them over the years,i have had various probs with reliability, blowing car fuse and 12v plug melting - I was thinking maybe a 240v compressor ?

I've had a few and they all packed in. I've got one called ring it can stand on its side and lie down flat. It's lasted me now 8 years and still works fine. I use it a lot for different wheels on cars also bikes as well.

I've got the analog one there about £12 and work great. There also a digital one for about £22

Those cheap black ones for 4.99 and 9.99 are just crap they all look the same and don't last. You see them in petrol stations and supermarkets there crap.

I had one out of a mini aswell, used it 8 times a day everyday for about 10 months in till I accidentally ran over it Tongue only bought the car for 50 quid so pumping up tyres everyday was better than spending money Smile

Thanks for all the feedback everybody Smile
I have been a little tied up with other stuff lately but eventually got back to thinking about tyre pressure.
I am getting a Ring 750 for chrimble - it is a mains compressor as I am usually unlucky wiv 12v plugs etc.
Looks ok and has a little storage bag !
