MAF sensor

Hi all,
         What can i clean my air flow sensor with, as it has oil on it from the pipper cross air filter i have!


Would carb cleaner or brake cleaner be ok to use?
306 HDI 
stage 1+ remap
piper cross air filter
hoffmann race centre pipe
hoffmann de-cat pipe
sportex rear tailbox 3"

Just spray it with brake cleaner, don't wipe it with anything as they are very fragile.

Spray it with cars cleaner not brake cleaner, softer and a different set of chemicals

I'm with Dee, Brake cleaner is better. 
Brake cleaner is alcohol based and leaves no residue, carb cleaner also has lube in it (oil) which is not what you want on a MAF
But  I think better is electrical connector cleaner, it won't harm plastic which some brake cleaners might.
