Can a kawasaki dealership point you in the direction of a specific replacement? Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!

After some more searching/google ing, I have come across moto-electrical.co.uk which looks promising, here's hoping.

Buy a whole bike with the correct starter, swap the starters, sell second bike on ebay as a non starter, easy fix.
