roughly 60 kilos, depends how bare.

Really 60kg!?

They never feel that heavy to lift, I'd have said 40kg topps as I can lift them 1 handed with no struggle using arm motion rather than legs. (my pull strength with both arms is a little over 100kg)

my last one weighed in at 54kg complete. jump on scales. weigh yourself pick beam up repeat subtract the difference. job done took about 5 mins

Wasn't far off for a fully built beam then!

only a few short of my own bodyweight, having done a few 206's last week i know they are a little lighter.

405/berlingo i think are nearer 90 kilos, as i can't lift them fir long.
