Slimline Fan Wiring
#1
Hi Guys,

Being a little lazy here but after opinions and advice. Previously I had a fuse, single relay and one medium size slim line fan. This was all good and worked well. Now on the rallye I have 1 fuse, 1 relay and two medium fans. Should I have two relays or not? I guess i need to check the rating of the relays?

answered your own question
or run a separate fused supply and relay for each fan

Tbh, it would be much better to run them independently. that way if a fuse pops, or relay burns out you still have 1 fan.

You can run two fans independently on the Omex so you could have one for low temp and the other kick in as well at high temp. This would require 2 relays.
I always ran mine together on one and never had issues.
