I have a 2000 306 MERIDIAN HDI (90) 2.0 DIESEL, 5 Door HATCHBACK.

It's a flat one, 'wonky' rectangle shape. Not sure if there is any difference between the two that look the same on your pic though lol.

The bottom left one, the exact same as the one I bought for mine recently, but as Tom said they both look the exact same
