Hi All,
I bought a set of Fondmetal 4000 alloys in 15" 4x108 ET11. These are a classic wheel that have been seen a few times on 106s, 205s and 306s as well as fast fords and capris etc. After a track session I noticed that I had lost one of my original centre caps. Days later I lost another leaving me with only two. The fondmetal 4000 centre caps are not a standard item so cannot be replaced with any old centre cap. I decided to design some and then get them 3D printed. Enough development has gone into these now and people have actually bought them.
These are expensive as these are custom 3D printed low production items, however £16 each isnt much more than the cost price. I am selling these through my shapeways shop as they take care of the printing and delivery. They are available in a range of colours and are produced in strong and flexible plastic which is then polished in order to give a smooth finish.

I have a few photos from the project thread. I refurbished my wheels, polished them up and painted the centre caps. Also tried to layer some vinyl on to recreate the originals but didn't take well to the dome so best to leave them painted. Maybe Ill design some flat ones in the future.
When you order they will arrive well packed with bubble wrap direct from shapeways. Lead time is around two weeks.
