Fitting electric wing mirrors
#1
Looking to fit some electric wing into my ph1/ph2 estate.
Pulled the door cards off to see what's what and it seems there is no bigger plug for the mirrors but does have a 2 pin plug just attached to the inside of the wing mirror section of the door (heated mirrors maybe?)

So am I right in thinking that the complete door loom needs be swapped in the front doors to work?

Or is more of a faff and be better off sticking with manual mirrors instead ?

Windows or mirrors? Or both? You would need to check whether the interior loom to your door has all the wires in, if so you just need the door loom itself.

Woops corrected doh! But yup electric wing mirrors already have electric windows.

Anyway of simple checking if the interior loom is compatible?
