looks good! Little bit of lag so maybe mount the turbo closer to the manifold? In all seriousness well done mate. It looks epic and is so clean and tidy. Id be well proud!

might be able to sort the lag out a little as you can program the controller
but the software and cable cost a fortune

but if found a cable pinout and the software on the net
so today at work its cable making time Smile

been out on it again today kids have been doing timed runs round the estate had some strange comments
but have a list of things to do,
which include

liven up the diff, the solid axle kills the motor trying to turn corners.
fabricate chain tensioner for the left hand chain set as the one on the right just wont do both sides.
bleed the disc brake as its dry so we have no brakes Smile

i have an ambition now!
I WAN'T to DO 30MPH or maybe more!!!!

well heads up guys stage two Kart Boost has started!
went on a little trip to bristol today to pick up some parts
new motor and speed controller
and its a beast!

this upgade is potentaly easyer than the first build but it probably wont work like that!

heres some pictures
1st is of the motor and size.

2nd is of the internal windings of the motor,
it looks to be wound from copper bar not wire!

3rd is the speed controller ,
the top left white square is a 350Amp fuse!
