Hi all, sometimes when I turn on the car the A/C switch turns on automatically. I imagine it thinks it's too hot.
I thought it may have been controlled via the little fan and sensor in the overhead light module but still comes on sometimes with it unplugged.
Any ideas?

It auto comes on if you have the vent at the windscreen position, or if re-circ is on.
I think it has to be really hot, 30°C+(?) for it to auto come on with the vent dial at other positions.

It comes on automatically every now and again to prevent the pump from seizing from disuse.
