hi all new to this forum not new to the french car scene 
im a admin over on 106oc and have a cobalt blue 106 gti

i know shes not a 306 but atm shes playing up latest issue there is a big oil leak possibly the sump so il get sorting that but the most annoying problem is the gear box mount bolts have sheared off   so i have put her in the garage so i can buy some parts and fit them when i have the time to fit it with out rushing to get it road worthy again by the next day 
so i need another car temporary to get around so i dont have to drive my transit van every where and iv been looking at 306 for a while and really want one so i thort i would join up see whats about and get some ideas when i have a bigger place and the room i want to get a 306 estate : think there beautiful but for now a decent 306 with a long mot that needs nothing for as little as possible will have to do 
looking forward to talking to you all hope i dont annoy any one that i have a 106

I like the colour of it and it looks in Great condition

It looks good in pictures and at a distance it's not as good as it seems but for a 1997 that's had 10 diffrent owners and more then likely all of them ragged it to death it's not to bad lol few dents and scratches all round it's had a fair bit of welding in the engine bay and bottom of the suspension legs and it needs a bit more but for now I have to fix other bits first and iv have done loads of work since I brought it 2 years ago refurb rear beam gti 6 breaks had the engine out head skimmed valves lapped in with new seals new timing kit and water pump 421mani 2" pug sport baker bm group n engine mounts and lots of other bits I love the car but it needs to be fixed ATM lol and don't have enoth time to do it in a few days
