Advice please chaps.
The missus' fiesta has gone through all of its oil and all of its coolant in the last 2 weeks (full service before MOT). It is overheating like a mofo and smoking like a train.
Point to add, the sump is completely dry (no water either), there is no patch of oil outside or signs of leaks. The header tank was also completely dry and again no signs of leaks.
My theory is that the gasket has gone in more than one place and has been running on its own oil and water then chucking it out the back.
Any help appreciated, its just cooling down now, once cool I will fill it back up and see where we are.

Mate I doubt there is damage to it. It would of had to of gotten seriously hot!
Whip the head off, new gasket on there and skim the head and it should be as good as new!

smoking ; is it steam ??
when the engines warmed up to normal temperature, put your hand over the tailpipe while its running , see if its moisture on your hand= headgasket gone
or is it hazy blue/grey smoke ??
same thing when its warmed up, if you blip throttle does it belch blue/grey? if so you may have done more than just headgasket, as thats the colour of burning oil.
or throw caution to the wind, take head off, send it to be pressure tested/skimmed and then put it back on with new oil, filter, coolant, timing belt kit and try it ???

The smoke was silvery blue in colour so looks like its gona be oil and it was thick, not dissapating like steam.
Just dont want to spend well over a hundred quid fixing it to find out its f*cked.
And yea any haynes info on timing and sensors for low oil and coolant as no lights came on the dash.
Cheers
