Lucas to Bosch help
#1
Hi all. My shitty Lucas pump is finally giving up the ghost so I'm swapping it for a bosch. I'm having a mechanic do the work but he's never done the swap before. Is there a step by step guide on here somewhere or can anyone point out any issues he might have while doing the swap. All help is appreciated!

Ok u will need
The bosch pump with the pully and injectors with the lines to

It's a easy swap you can use the bosch pump bracket or just swap the studs in ur own over to the extra holes .

Make sure to take the cover off the pump that covers the solinod wen fitted take a wire from the solinod and find the ignition wire in the old lucus pump plug that should give you power to the pump

Also make sure you don't make my mistake and get a ecu controlled pump lol

If you need any more help or a pic or too just shout :-)

Some one will probably be a long soon to fill in any thing I might have missed but that the basics of it

.Good luck and hope all goes well   Itwasntme
