Quick question. 
Is the 306 dturbo phase1 fog lamp the same as 205 gti fog lamp?

No it's not - the 306 one is more rounded in appearance.

Obviously fog vs driving pattern difference, different manufacturer, different shape, and the 306 one is slightly larger too.
