What should i use when refitting the torsion bar, copper grease or lithium grease?

packed it full of lithium grease in the end, front to do now Smile

Any grease better than none but I've always used tonnes of copper round the splines and washers etc. Changed to 24mm bars last year and it all fell apart easy as. Then since changed down to 21mm bars and It all came apart easy as again.
