New shed build.
#1
Well for anyone that is interested I am building a new shed/workshop/mancave, due to my old man wanting his other half the shed back.

The build is in full progress at the minute.
We started by marking out what size we wanted and set to work digging 10 pits for posts.
We r using 4x4" posts next job was to concrete them in.

After the posts had set I leveled 6" of 803 hardcore and compacted round using a wackerplate next we lay the concrete 4" thick.

We have started to set the roof out but we r undecided weather to slate the roof or use metal sheet.

That all we have done so far all the timber has turned up for the sides but that can't be put up till the roof on.

Thanks for reading cheers.

looks great, have to say I'd love to have the space to put something like this up.

Did you drop any insulation in the floor when you laid it? Or not possible if you want it strong standing enough for vehicles?

na no need for insulation and it would most likely crack under weight after a while .

This one's already been updated more often than yours though. Tongue

Nice work mate, looks like it should be a more than adequate size when complete! Wink
