have you DTI'd the disc, doesnt take much of a warp to cause it to bind! can be as little as 0.25mm

I haven't no but its a consistent bind all the way round when turning the wheel so don't think its that, although will take a better look today, other side free as anything

Have you also checked the brake hose? Can sometimes collapse. Remove the pads. Pump the piston out a bit. And try and push it back. If its seized or hose I collapsed it wont go. Undo the bleed nipple and try again. If it goes back the hose has collapsed. If it doesn't calliper is dead.
On a break from 306oc for personal reasons. If anyone needs or wants me most of you have my number and or facebook messenger
Thanks for the good times guys n gals. I might be back. Who knows.

Tried that Bashbarnard and piston went in fine.
Strange thing is when the calliper was moved further outwards towards me the brakes stopped binding on, but in its normal position it was binding

Bits of crap stuck between the carrier and mounting face on the hub perhaps? Running out of possibilities tbh, assuming you haven't changed anything else that hasn't been mentioned. At the end of the day, if you didn't have the problem before you did the work then it's got to be an issue with something that you've changed or work done.

I assume you had the flexy clamped off while the caliper was off ???

chance is you have caused it to break up inside and the stainless reinforcement has kinked and is holding the internal rubber pipe closed after you have released brake pedal ?

to check it ; press brakes, check it is binding and quickly open bleed nipple---if it rotates now then the flexy is at fault.

Yes flexi was clamped
Ordered a new flexi so will see if it cures the problem!

Oh ok, that's a pain... Might as well test the part first, could be there all month ordering parts you don't need otherwise. I assume it's just the one wheel you've got this issue with? Is the wheel bearing definitely ok?
