So I'm after a phase 1 ( ideally a kingfisher but there not the easiest to find as you know) spotted this on auto trader for just under £500, id say its sigma blue but I could be wrong? What do you guys think? Worth a buy? Or should I gibe it a miss?

That is Sigma yes, on a Lucas pump, but looks a good buy, check you can get your fingers behind the rear wheels in the arches and that the rear passenger arch isn't rotten Smile

Yeah looks standard so I presumed it would be a Lucas pump, don't know a great deal about it but is it hard work tuning these? I.e Bosch pump, td04 and fmic. To me it dies look as though the rear passenger side is showing a little camber but I can't tell unless I go to view.

Service history, the usual stuff.
Make sure the handbrake works, the auto-adjust mech can be a pain in the bum.

Not much to go seriously wrong with a Ph1 DT tho, worst it's going to be is stuff like worn bushes, leaking shocks etc - easy to replace and cheap too.
