I've a 1996 306dt and the Rev counter works on and off can anyone tell me the problem (fuse,relay etc)

There's a sensor near the flywheel, think the plug is white, try cleaning it up
Phase 1 D-Turdo, K14@24 psi, De-cat, meaty backbox, Bosch pump, grinded LDA pin, duel air fed K&N =133.7bhp & 188ft/lbs
