Think I need a monthly "Piggy Roadrant" video for my channel!! BP redeemed themselves a little with a 115.9p for diesel in Chesham saturday...and i get 3% cashback with natwest/nectar combo Wishes for more power...

I have no problem with the letter.........well, other than it not being funny or written well enough to elicit any change, I think it's damn near perfect

Not just generic either. They have opened an investigation into the matter, given me a file number and apologized and said it's not the only complaint about the new store! Wishes for more power...

2nd reply today!
500nectar points. But, they have moved all the pump numbers so they can be seen inside the shop, are looking into a different main sign to see the prices and have realised they fitted short pump hoses by mistake! More changes to come they say!

Erm, no, not really.
As said before, amazed I even got a reply. But its made me think more highly of them a little. They have changed things and listrned to their customers...not many companies do that! Wishes for more power...
