lucas pjmp leak

Hello, got a 1.9td with a Lucas pump, turned the fuelling up and now there's a diesel leak, it's coming from the black plastic plug you remove, took it off again today to check and its all fine with no cracks and the Oring around it is fine too. Any ideas anyone ?

Put a new 0 ring on it. Job done
