In your own little cornish bubble fella. Horse and carts powered by XUD are very much old school these days!

He has a point though, it looks 'desperate'
The 205 didn't get legendary status for having a really shit paint job.
I saw this on the stand at Goodwood and it looks even sillier in the flesh. I couldn't live with it personally.
OP, can you get it without the half-hearted two-tone paint?

White or Red?
As long as those colours don't come as two-tone as well?

QFTMFT!
It does look a bit shit!
Matt - you just said that to the person who did decide that XUDs aren't worth it and put mechanical injection on a HDi... Yeah?

I admit im not exactly a good example of someone who likes modern cars, however, I do think some modern cars look good / cool, I wouldn't buy them but I don't have an issue with them....that to me, just looks well, awful. It makes no odds really as everyone has a different taste, although ill never understand how someone who likes the way a 205 and 306 looks, could look at that and think "that's a good looking car" ...And you just know its made of cheese / plastic to fall apart in no time.
The only time I understand using finance is in business, where you need the kit to run your business, for the sake of your own personal car, imo if you cant afford it, don't buy it...
Just my two cents anyway.

It seems this red/black thing is going to be Peugeots new colours like the rallye ones were back in the 90s. Also, the 208 both going in sale is black and red for £700 extra but its the other way round, black at the rear which doesn't look as bad. Personally i think it looks good in plain white.

To be fair, the 205 was a total accident in my opinion. Peugeot designed a nice handling small hatch, then seeing how popular the XR2/XR3I/Golf GTI/Nova GTE/5GT-T/Uno Turbo were they decided to shove in the XU from the higher-spec 305s. Some alloys and some bucket seats, red carpets and a rev counter, and they'd chucked together one of the all-time great drivers cars.

It's a personal decision so no one can help you really, if it were me, not in a million years, so many genuinely cool cars I'd rather own instead for much less money, but that's me...and for that reason.....I'm out

It's a plural of XUD, not something belonging to XUD...
If that was the case.. It would be XUDs'

no it was the ownership of the concern lol . . . .besides, although i agree with you in that ownership the apostrophe comes after, i believe in modern grammar they use it between, the same as if to denote missing letters . . . . . so i'm told anyway, tis wrong in my eyes . . .

Rule 6. There are various approaches to plurals for initials, capital letters, and numbers used as nouns.
Examples:
She consulted with three M.D.s.
She consulted with three M.D.'s.
Some write M.D.'s to give the s separation from the second period.
Many writers and editors prefer an apostrophe after single capital letters only:
Examples:
I made straight A's.
He learned his ABCs.
There are different schools of thought about years and decades. The following examples are all in widespread use:
Examples:
the 1990s
the 1990's
the '90s
the 90's
Awkward: the '90's
