Pre-Mapped and unlocked HDI ECU's (plug and play)
#1
Just thought id copy this over here, will delete this thread if Steve posts here to, but worth posting imo.

prosteve is offering pre-mapped, and unlocked (plug and play) ECU's for your HDI's.

No risking flashing the ECU yourself, and still have the stock one for any issues.

Thread is over on .net here:

Good idea imo, I know alot of people who have been unsure about flashing at home incase they brick there main car.

A good idea worth advertising.

Steve if you see this feel free to copy your thread here and I will delete this.

Brilliant idea, surprised no-one came up with it sooner. Bargain price too.

Thanks Darren, I'll just leave the link there save duplicating the thread. Been meaning to do this for ages but I never got around to it. I'm starting to get quite a few people post me their ECUs just so that they can't mess them up, makes sense really.

Been looking at them getting upto 92Bhp with just a Remap.
I'm weary of the Turbo but I havent heard any horror stories after a map.

Yes I can do the 1.4. I take them to 90 bhp and the torque I set depends on the condition of your clutch. How many miles are on your 207?

128K, Clutch is fairly new only covering 1.500 miles.
Wouldnt want massive torque really its the dead slowness thats doing my nut in..

OK, sounds like you won't need to worry about the clutch if its new. Best if you bring that one direct to me and then I can make sure everything is running right and that the clutch is happy with the torque levels.
