306's getting rare, to be honest!? At least 3-doors?

Since wanting a Phase 1 306 for a couple weeks now, I have maybe seen 1 on the road! Also not many for sale it seems either!

306's in general aren't rare at all in my opinion - I'll typically see a few on a daily basis, both 3dr and 5dr, although they're mostly Ph2 and especially Ph3's.

Ph1's I'll agree are starting to become a rarer sight on the road, unsurprisingly when the youngest is nearly 20 years old, but there's still plenty about in the grand scheme of things - seemingly all diesels and the odd 1.4 though, rarely see any of the sportier ones (XSi, S16 or GTi-6)

True that, yeah I perhaps meant more of the sportier versions which are becoming rare. I've never seen an S16 in the flesh - at least not that I can recall

Not sure if its been mentioned (I might have done?) but the Vauxhall cavalier 4x4 turbo.

Properly rapid car from an era when everything Vauxhall made seemed quick....transfer boxes made of chocolate which is why so many ended up being 2wd but still an epic car. Would have one in an instant.
Cherry Red Rallye - Full on OEM resto.....

Ph.1 gti6s are relatively uncommon as they didn't make many before facelifting the 306 and then they are the oldest so are even more likely to have been smashed/crashed/scrapped over time.

Just parked next to a K plate XJS in Sainsburys, don't see many of them these days. The security sticker gave me a chuckle 'radio will not work if removed from vehicle'...well obviously, needs power from somewhere. Rolleyes lol

Procta's alive lol, was his birthday a few days ago. He seems to be keeping a low profile on here though, maybe sticking a turbo on the Metro or something. Wink

Back in an XUD as of tomorrow after chapping the door of the blaze ph2 in the above post, turns out i asked the Q just at the right time as the current owner ( 6 yrs) is moving to Canada on thursday Smile
Anyone got a spare tweaked Bosch pump and what else do i have to change along with the pump?

Saw this two tone 306 as a bit of an oddity today. It's totally standard, or at least I'd assume it is, and has the two gone on every panel around the car.

Some sort of special edition perhaps? It's was wearing an XR badge...

You may be right there as I've also seen one just like the one you saw, perhaps a dealer special?
When I saw one I just assumed it must have been front and rear ended with replacement silver bumpers and doors painted to match
