1997 ph1 na disel cooling pipe help with service box

Hi guys could someone whos good on looking at service box get me a part number so i can ring pug monday. Basicaly on the rear of the block where the heater matrix pipe and bottom rad pipe go one there is a rubber blanking pipe right next to the matrix pipe fitting its about 2 inch high held on by one jubilee mines just split as was perished and emptyed most the water out of the block etc so if any one can help with the part number thats great the car is a 97 ph1 non turbo cheers again.
