Jerky hdi

I recently bought a 306 3dr hdi dturbo an she drives ace but in 3rd at around 2k she jerks like someone's turning the key off and on again, what's confusing me is that it's not showing a fault and will only do it 2 3 times then power on, had anyone had this happen or know of a reason for this??

Sounds to me like a fueling issue start with the easiest and cheapest options first such a new fuel filter, take the lift pump out the tank clean the strainer and see how you get on.

Also theres a guide on TPS cleaning, try that too, fairly simple process.

I try some of those things see what happens, it's had a new fpr and filter yesterday, wanted to sort it before I crack on with the ko3s hybrid jobby

This sounds more like a loose connection somewhere, check out your earths and main power connections. Maybe worth making sure the ECU plug is clean and tidy too.
