How do I smooth this? Lots of filler or is there a better way, what does it look like smoothed out? Tongue

Ive been thinking about just smoothing the bottom groove, and leaving the top one. Not sure how good it would look. Ive heard of people using small flexi pipe etc to fill the groove then fibre and filler it.

Yeah i was thinking it would look good. The top line still keeps with the line of the bump strips on the doors. Im not keen in the fully smoothed look, so i thought just the bottom would look best. Try it, then if it looks good, do mine for me.

Aww that's a shame but as you said at least it blends in with the car, I may as we'll get it done by my college. That way I know it's a professional finish and I can get it for cheap Tongue

Good job on the spraying, but you didn't match the colour Tongue

And it's quite dull, needs more lacquer and a buff up
