To be honest the t2 is the best of the standard turbos, kkk turbos don't seem to hold up with as much boost or abuse as t2s my t2 had 26 ish psi for about 3 years and was fine lol

i've been running my k14 at about 22-24 psi for about last 3 years and it's fine, read my sig below for power results, pretty good i think, T2 isn't much different in my opinion and i've had both . . .Smile

it needs it's own manifold as the ko3 is different, but yes of course it will fit, it's a standard turbo..Smile

yes it is bigger, as for what can it handle, i wouldn't like to push mine much further than the 24psi it's been running although Ruan had one at about 30psi for quite a while Smile

T2 and K14 are the older generation turbos off the XUDs

Both use the same manifold and oil feed.

The GT15 and K03 are the newer generation and use a different manifold and oil feed.

T2 and K14 are said to take more of a hammering than the GT15 & K03

People prefer the T2, due to the actuator design, the K14 has a built in one which can cause issues if seized.

That said I ran 26psi on a K14 for 1500 miles and the turbo is still fine.

Ruan ran around 30psi IIRC on a K14, it survived and pushed out 147bhp

Whatever you get your hands on just stick a new metal Inlet/Exhaust manifold gasket and drash on.
