XU10J4RS Repair Gasket. Please help.

Hi Guys,

Big build is this weekend and as my head has been skimmed too much I need to find a heft repair gasket. Not sure that the 1.4mm one is going to cut it so I need the biggest i can find one. From search I have found that people have fitted them however I cant find any to buy!

1.2mm is TLS and anything greater is fibre.

I dont want this to turn into why I'm such a tard for having the head taken back so far and how the company took the piss. I just want to resolve the issue before next weekend. Any help much Appreciated!

biggest mls gasket i could find was the std 1.2
1.4 was a fiber which i used. part numbers are in my engine thread
it was ordered from pug and took 2weeks to deliver
i think it was listed under the xu10j4 engine code

Cheers Cully. Nowhere to buy them online besides pug?

And has anyone heard of thciker ones? Think they may be off a different engine.

at the time i was looking peugeot were about the same price as a factor gasket

Nowt wrong with the Fibre gaskets, for the MLS item Peugeot is the cheapest usually, but for a good fibre one you'll save a significant amount getting it locally at a decent specialist.
