I've acquired access to some free laser cutting, don't even have to pay to material, but can't think of anything to get cut....any ideas?

Radio surround. Some crazy design. Boost gauge surrounds. Engine covers. A personalised key. Just some random crap.

To clarify, this is sheet steel laser cutting. Maybe should've said that at the start.
Sheet steel engine cover might be a tad heavy

Make your own airbox out of sheet metal, put large panel filter in, listen to bwarps.

Sump guard? Or entire underbody skin to collect all the bits that have fallen off whilst driving
when in doubt...... flat out.
