Air Filter location
#1
Collecting bits for fmic so thinking about Air filter location.

I have a pipercross currently in behind headlight (as no air con) but what's the consensus to moving in behind battery to give a nice short run of pipe? and supply cold air from front grill inlets (I have 2 btw)

cheers nick

would think it be a wee bit warm down there...sounds like you have it in a decent place already...give it more cold air feeds and some protection from heat soak if possible
Wishes for more power...

I made heat shield that boxes the filter in behind the headlight with cut outs for cold air feeds, which I am happy with but would like to shorten and smooth the current modified oem piping run if poss. Must start a proj thread for pics soon.
