Iv a 1998 dturbo its screwed but there seems to be alot of oressure from radiator hose to the thermostat so when i open the tabk cap it hisses as alot of pressure im getting heating in the car what could this be ? Maybe thermostat ??

Head gasket seems to be ok like and water is flowing good could thermostat be going ?

How much pressure.
The system NEEDS pressure to avoid boiling...and NEVER take rad cap off when hot...it will always hiss!!!!

But water tank seems to be ok no bubbleing it seems to only do it when i give it the gutty
It only has water no coolant could this be why too ?

That wouldn't make it pressurise but it's not good
Change the thermostat for the sake of a few quid but does sound like the hg
Team Doesn't own a 306

Ok nps how can i wire both fabs to a flick switch in car ?
Or to come on when driving car
