Get on ebay and buy a kwp2000+, go to mr whippy or the aorts and buy a map secific to your ecu code
Then Reeeemap :-) should see you up to 130bhp
Or gobstraight to stage 2, which is fmic which can be up to 160 ish bgp

Heres some advice:

1) Cut your cat out.
2) Get a "stage 1" map. Search for MrWhippy or TB205 (IIRC).
3) Lower her down, springs on front, torsion bar on the back.
4) If you get bored, put a FMIC on and remap again to "stage 2".
5) GTi6 Brakes can be good if you have funds.
6) There are various 15", 16" and 17" OEM alloy options that really suit the estate, "Nimrods" and "Challengers" are a good place to start.

Good luck!

such a warm welcome, i was actually expecting to get shunned off for asking about remaps tbh, so that is a pleasant supprise!

you'll be pleased to know im not new to diesel tuning, but i admit i much prefer the mechanical method of tuning,
the old grind was a *cough* escort van with a tdi90 engine swap, fmic loads of boost and smoke yada yada anyway cut a long story short with that, it eventually blew up, and rotted out so she left me with a few added extras, still got my intercooler kit off the van, but its 2.5 inch and 400x600! probs abit big for the weezy gt15 on the state. thaughts please?

as far as lowering goes, i like the ride as it is, its a daily mile mucher for getting me, the missus and the woofit about, we're quite heavily involved in motorsport meaning in the summer where everywhere, im really into drag racing up at york raceway, also being a marshal up there keeps us well busy, but being the daily drive i dont want to go to far with it, odd few things i dont mind but id like to keep it as reliable as poss.

after all its also going to be doubling up as a tow car later on this year, for getting a kitcar about (when i actually build it!)

anyway watch out for the random questions popping up real soon, il get a pic or two up later on this aft and get a project log going.

thanks for the warm welcome! Popcorn

Lol have a look through guides section for more info on fmic and so on
Youll only need about 19 psi for the hdi engine to pull hard
