fuses

please can someone help as I'm going round in circles with these fuses.........the blue writing on nthe fuse box says that it was manufactured in feb 1999............can some mone tell me what the fuse numbers are and what they protect please.....the orange relay is on the door side of the box and is for the heated rear window?

the numbers on the fuses mean the max amp that fuse can hold, if you run 12 amp on a 10 amp fuse it will die and disconnect the appliance.
