Anyone tell me how to remove standard coolant fans and wire up slimline. Have half the car apart and not a clue how the standard fans come out?

Standard fans are held in at the bottom by the rad spigots, just need to lift the rad a bit and pull the cowling clear of the grommets. Don't know about wiring them in, still haven't done mine after a year lol.

You can literally just join the wire to the fan, however the 306 has two fans doesn't it so I'm not sure what you would do with it. I just put a slim line fan in and tested it with PP2000 to make sure it was working properly.

Okay chaps thanks really struggling with it I have given up have to try again next weekend. Still trying to get down to you steve on the 29th for stage 2 just got to get this intercooler on now.
