#1
hi guys im doing an 2.0hdi conversion in my 1.6hdi partner as i chucked a rod out the side of my old engine and after talking to people and tuning companys my best and cheapest way was to fit 2.0 hdi for many reasons.

anyway van is 2006 partner now with 2.0hdi ( rhy) engine and i need a gearbox alot of gearboxs iv seen for a partner on ebay are cable clutch and my van had hydraulic.

iv been offered one of a partner but its cable and mine was origanly hydraulic can it be changed to hydraulic?

any help would be great

I got one off an older model berlingo and that has option for hydraulic and cable. Has a 'window' on the front for the arm to go through.

6 speed 406 box, that'd make it so much quieter and more economical on the motorway. Might want to check how long it is though, 406s are a bit wider i think. Could always do it the official peugeot way and bolt a stop in on the ns rack arm lol.
