Air regulator

Want to buy an air regulator for my spray gun.. Any difference in these or how much do i have to spend?

I have one similar to the second one there, just got it out of the local motor factors..didn't think it was as much as that even! Does the job though and seems a good quality bit of kit, but tbh to me a regulators a regulator, only spraying steel beams so doesn't have to be precise.
