My mrs is taking her test soon so I've done both and passed both but not full marks. It is silly some of the things they ask you though, questions designed to confuse you.
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

I do, but the ability to quickly process information and rapidly make correct and accurate decisions is important in many aspects of life.

50/50 Cool

As Miles says, it's amazing how much eco related nonsense has crept into the theory test though since I did it back in the first year that it was introduced.

In March '09 I got 50/50.

Today I got 47/50 in just under 20 mins. My sister passed the real one with 43/50 a couple of weeks ago.

Though I didn't understand the wording on one question....surely there's no difference between competitive and defensive driving!?

Competitive driving is basically racing or trying to "beat the clock", the theory being that you'll take risks.

Defensive driving is basically careful and anticipative driving, the theory being that you'll avoid being in a hazardous situation.

Hmm, I thought they both meant putting yourself first and not caring how your actions affect other people, so racing pretty much. Maybe it's an English test I need to take rather than a driving one. Confused lol
