Thats very nice, and i normally cant stand old fords.

considering how rare they are and how good a condition that one is in, i would say its a good price. Will go for a fair bit more though i reckon if previous auctions on similar cars are anything to go by.

Very cheap atm, mk1's can go for upwards of 20k with the right spec ( not this one though)
I also think it should be illegal to race\rally or put these mk1&2s in any sort of danger these days lol Member of 99% warning or your nothing club! 
I've seen a few of these and mk2s along with ancient 205gtis, metro 6r4s and other old gems hammer round some rallies only last year, not in this good condition but they are still used in competition.

the value of these is insane! Think id prefer a mk2 to a mk1 though.
