Could someone tell me if the ph1 door loom plug is the same as ph2 or 3? Could I fit a ph2 or 3 door straight on with out changing loom? Except doorcard and window switches?

you can use any plug as long as it has right the right pins, or even more.
Just make sure you know which wire is going where (continuity tester) and change one at a time.
