so before i buy pp2000 on ebay, firstly i thought i would see if anyone on here sells copies of it?
would prefer to give the money to a fellow user rather than just some randomer

where are you getting the cables and interface box most times it comes with the software

i was going to get a kwp2000 and use the cable from that with pp2000

wont work!
kwp is a remapping box not a diag box it uses different protacols let alone different software to run it

That won't work, you need the actual PP2000 cable

pp2000 software uses the lexia hardware interface copys of both can be found on ebay shipped from china (clones) carefull though as there are good and bad clones available

fair enough. thank you. i thought i would have got away with just using the serial connection port. i will have a look for the complete kits now. thank you
