interior help!

As pet title. I have a replacement gear knob and gaitor and I am a little stumped on how to remove centre console without damaging it. Do I need to remove the ash tray or can I just remove the gearstick/handbrake surround?

Pop the gear stick gaiter out and theres 2 10mm nuts under there and pop the rear ash tray out there theres 2 T20 torx screws to undone. Also slide the cover off the hand brake lever and it should come out
